Q.2 How do I check the product suit me or not?
We always recommend to do a patch test before using the products. Though all our products are made from natural ingredients but at times it doesn’t go well with all skin types due to one reason or the other.
Q.3 Can I return products if it doesn’t suit me?
We do not accept the returns on the basis of the products do not suit one’s skin type. Buying product is customer’s choice, our expert only recommends the product as per the concern’s.

All our products go through various levels of testing which ensure that they can be used up to 2 years from their manufacturing date. Although we recommend not to keep products for so long.

As much as we care for humans we care for animals, too. Therefore, we do not test our products on animals neither we use any animal by-product.

Yes, our product is suitable for kids too. We always recommend to ask our experts on the same.

We have a range of products that are prepared keeping in mind all different kinds of skin types therefore each product is dedicated to particular skin type. Although we still recommend the patch test before using any product and do ask our experts.

No we dont use any artificial ingredients. Aleppo soap is made with only two natural ingredients which is olive oil and laurel oil.
Q. 22 What to do if my order shows delivered, but I haven’t received it?
You need to report non-delivery of the order, within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the delivery notification by email/ call/ WhatsApp to us. After forty-eight hours (48) we claim no liability. Once you raise a complaint with us, we will escalate to our logistic partner to investigate. The investigation process takes 7-10 working days, so kindly allow the same time.

We at Laurel Savon maintain a very high level of quality control. To ensure your products remain undamaged during the shipping process, we pack our products in bubble wrap and then in sturdy boxes. We store, manage and ship our products to you with the utmost care and efficiency.
